About

Warren Conely is a second-generation lifetime Ionian with a true entrepreneurial spirit. He has owned and operated businesses over the years, including the first Subway franchise in Ionia. Warren then spent over 20 years in the heating and cooling industry. During that time, he and his wife, Sharon, liked to 'flip' houses, which Warren turned into a full-time job in 2017, as he and Sharon are owners of Top Rung Renovations. Warren became a licensed Realtor shortly thereafter and loves guiding his clients, with confidence, with their real estate needs and beyond. They are currently the proud owners of The Olde Stone Porch in north Ionia, an event venue, and he is also a paid, on-call firefighter and medical first responder for the Ionia Department of Public Safety. If and when Warren can find some spare time, he enjoys hunting and mentoring youth hunts, tending to his Koi ponds, and camping.
